The Basic package has been developed for clients who have simple registration requirements. Singular dimension answering (e.g. "Yes, I will attend"/"No, I will not attend") would be sufficient guest information. The Basic package includes personalised invitation emails (with approved text) plus a simple web based registration form. Reminder emails can also be sent to ensure guests remember the event and also to prompt unregistered guests who have yet to respond. Guest registrations are automatically acknowledged with a personalised confirmation email (with approved text). All aspects of a guest?s status, accepted, declined or unknown are supported by detailed web based reporting with daily service emails updating guest numbers. The Intermediate package adds value to the registration process by providing links to 3 additional pages. These pages provide deeper event content, expand the marketing opportunity and facilitate the capture of more delegate information. For example, a "welcome/home" page, an "agenda" page containing specific event details, and an "enquiries" page. Clients can introduce their brand and tailored messages into the registration process helping to ensure consistent marketing during event registration. Delegate requests are increasingly diverse as are the requirements to provide unique experiences for guests. This package includes an allowance for conditional questioning and capacity management, allowing event organisers to capture critical registration data while simultaneously managing limited resources.

The Advanced package has been developed for Clients keen to preserve and promote important brand statements and marketing messages. This includes specific colours and design elements beyond company logos and general imagery. An allowance for up to 8 unique pages is also made to enable deeper event content and more elaborate detail (e.g. speaker biographies). The Advanced package allows for increased registration complexity overall, where information capture requirements extend beyond acceptance/decline, basic conditional questioning and simple capacity management. Examples include basic "guest type" structures and password protection functionality. Advanced package registration will also support superior reporting capabilities giving event organisers significant management information.
